The founder/ the leader brings extensive expertise in the construction field over fifteen years of experience in the industry as a construction professional holding the status of the member and the Certified Quantity Surveyor of the AIQS (Australia), the Chartered Construction Manager of the CIOB (United Kingdom), the member of the QSi (United Kingdom) and the Associate Member of CIArb (United Kingdom).
Proven track record of successfully involvement to the projects in Sri Lanka, Oman, and UAE for top construction companies, specializing in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Commercial and Contract Management.
Experienced in diverse international environments including Bangladesh and Maldives. Recently served as Commercial Manager, overseeing a QS team for a leading landscaping, automatic irrigation, and swimming pool contractor in UAE.
